White-label Legionella monitoring · for water hygiene contractors

Your brand. Your logo. Our hardware in the plant room.

Continuous L8 and HSG274 temperature monitoring you resell under your own name.

Trade only. Sample kits coming soon.

Why now

Your rounds, plus the 29 days in between

01

What happens between visits

A monthly round takes one reading per point, on the day of the visit. The probes keep recording for the rest of the month.

02

The visit stays yours

The probes cover temperature-taking at the points they're fitted to, where the risk assessment and competent person agree. TMV servicing, sampling, and thermometer checks stay on the visit.

03

We build it, you resell it

Hardware, radio, and ingestion all come from us. You put your name on it without standing up an R&D team.

What you resell

What goes out under your name

The hardware and the data are ours. The client relationship, the branding, and the install stay yours.

Hardware

Sensor node

One node with 4 Pt1000 probes, battery powered.

Signal

No site wiring, no building network.

Installation

Your engineers fit it. We supply the kit and the fitting instructions; we do not attend site.

Data

Hosted option

A white-label dashboard with your logo on it, hosted by us. Available as the platform tier comes online.

Or your own portal

Alternatively, take the readings straight out via API and show them wherever your clients already look.

Records

Temperature records per point, between visits, for your L8 and HSG274 scheme.

Commercials

The shape of the deal

Numbers come with a quote, against your site count and point density.

Capex

Per node

One-off hardware cost for each 4-probe node, plus gateways per site.

Recurring

Monthly, per point

Each monitored point carries a monthly fee covering connectivity, ingestion, and retention.

Volume

Tiering on the monthly

Scale discounts apply to the recurring fee, not the hardware. Your margin grows with the estate.

Send us a point count and we will quote it. Sample kits coming soon — keep in the loop.

Where we are

Field-tested, now looking for early adopters

In summer 2026, a prototype node, probes, and gateway went into a plant room for a field trial. The production boards are now in validation, and we're looking for a handful of contractors to run them on their own sites.

Real pipework, not a slide

The prototype probes took readings off actual pipework in a working plant room, and those readings were confirmed on site.

Early adopters shape it

We'll put a kit on a site of yours at pilot pricing, support the install directly, and build the next round around what you find.

Next step

Keep in the loop

Sample kits are coming soon: one node, four probes, and a gateway on a site of your choosing. Leave your email and we will come to you when the first batch is ready.
